- Account Registration: To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date.
- Service Availability: The availability of our service may vary based on your location. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or in all regions.
3. Delivery and Handling.
- Package Requirements: All packages must be properly sealed and labeled with the correct delivery details. Somame is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from improper packaging or labeling.
- Prohibited Items: Customers must not send prohibited or dangerous items, including but not limited to firearms, explosives, hazardous materials, and illegal substances. Any prohibited items discovered will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Delivery Time: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver packages within the estimated time frame. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Somame is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.
- Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, the recipient may be required to sign a delivery confirmation. This signature serves as proof of delivery.
4. Fees and Payment
- Service Fees: Fees for delivery services will be charged according to the rates listed on our platform. Fees may vary depending on the package size, weight, and delivery distance.
- Payment: Payment for services must be made at the time of booking or upon delivery, as applicable. Somame accepts various payment methods, which will be specified during the booking process.
- Refunds: Refunds for canceled deliveries will be processed according to our refund policy. No refunds will be given for completed deliveries.
5. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Somame will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
- Package Insurance: Somame provides limited liability coverage for lost or damaged packages. Customers may purchase additional insurance coverage for valuable items. Somame's liability is limited to the amount of coverage purchased.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Somame, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
6. Termination
- Termination by Somame: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to our service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
